DeepVest Integrates with Zocks, Bringing Meeting Intelligence and Conversation Data Into Advisor Workflows

By DeepVest Team

DeepVest is excited to announce a new integration with Zocks, bringing client conversation data and meeting intelligence directly into the DeepVest advisor platform.

Through the integration, advisors using DeepVest can securely connect their Zocks account to automatically sync contact records and meeting summaries into their DeepVest workspace. By pairing Zocks' AI-powered meeting capture with DeepVest's hallucination-free portfolio intelligence, advisors can ground their research, analysis, and recommendations in the actual conversations they're having with clients - without manual data entry or context reconstruction.

"The best investment recommendations start with understanding what clients actually said - not what we think they meant or what we remember from last month's meeting," said Toby Wade, CEO at DeepVest. "Advisors are expected to deliver personalized advice, but the context from client conversations rarely makes it into the tools where investment decisions happen. With the Zocks integration, we're closing that gap. Meeting intelligence flows directly into portfolio analysis, research, and recommendations, so advisors can build proposals grounded in their clients' actual priorities instead of starting from scratch every time."

"Financial advisors capture incredible insights during client meetings, but too often that intelligence stays trapped in notes or gets lost in translation," said Jim Hardeman, EVP of Product at Zocks. "By connecting Zocks with DeepVest, we're putting those conversations to work where they matter most - in the investment decisions advisors make every day. This partnership gives advisors the efficiency of automation without losing the human context that makes advice truly personal."

DeepVest is built to augment advisors' existing technology infrastructure, not replace it. The Zocks integration exemplifies this approach: rather than forcing advisors to consolidate tools or migrate workflows, DeepVest acts as an intelligence layer that connects investment data across the tech stack advisors already use. Through its growing integration ecosystem, advisors can keep their preferred custodians, CRMs, and planning tools while adding DeepVest's core strengths in portfolio analysis, client proposal generation, and always-on market monitoring.

The integration embeds Zocks contact and meeting data directly into DeepVest's advisor workflows. Advisors authorize the connection once through a standard OAuth 2.0 flow - no credentials are shared with DeepVest, and access can be revoked at any time. Once authorized, DeepVest uses the Zocks Contacts API to retrieve and continuously sync contact records, which are automatically normalized and mapped into DeepVest's client and household hierarchy with full source attribution.

Beyond contacts, DeepVest ingests Zocks meeting summaries and puts them to work across the advisor's core workflows:

  • Research - surfacing the topics, concerns, and goals clients raise in meetings so research reflects what actually matters to them
  • Portfolio analysis - aligning holdings and risk against the objectives captured in conversations, flagging drift between what a client said and what's in their portfolio
  • Proposals & recommendations - informing proposals with context from recent meetings, so recommendations reference the client's own stated priorities rather than starting from a blank page

All meeting summary data carries the same trust model as conversation data: full source attribution and data lineage, advisor consent, and access that can be revoked at any time. Firm administrators control availability, enabling the integration at the firm level for their advisors.

Building on the recent launches of Advisor Hierarchy, Behavioral Investment Suitability Analysis, the Firm-Level Governance Framework, and the ByAllAccounts integration, DeepVest continues to expand its AI-powered investment platform with capabilities designed to unify advisor intelligence and the infrastructure that powers it. DeepVest's growing suite of capabilities combines portfolio intelligence, behavioral analysis, governance controls, account aggregation, and now meeting-level client context within a single platform. Together, these capabilities help advisors move beyond fragmented workflows and incomplete client data, enabling more personalized recommendations, improved operational efficiency, and greater confidence in every investment decision.

As firms increasingly seek to deliver more holistic, data-driven advice, the Zocks integration addresses a foundational challenge: connecting what clients say in meetings with the investment decisions advisors make on their behalf. The result is less time managing data, fewer errors, and recommendations grounded in what clients actually said - so advisors can focus on serving clients rather than reconstructing context.
